Customers will expect that you have a thorough knowledge of the services and/or products the organisation for which you work or which you represent sells or deals with. This knowledge will aid you in satisfying customer enquiries or, if necessary, redirecting them to other sales or service areas which can satisfy the customer’s needs.

Culturally appropriate processes and techniques suited to the language, literacy and numeracy capacity of individuals and the work being performed must be used.
