Conflict is a difference of opinion between two or more people but can also be an effort by one person to block another person from getting what they want. The more value that individuals place upon the outcome, the greater the potential exists for conflict.

Assessment conditions

Culturally appropriate processes and techniques suited to the language, literacy and numeracy capacity of individuals and the work being performed must be used.
